We appreciate you won’t want to leave them behind – after all, why shouldn’t they have a great holiday and a taste of luxury too? We even provide little welcome packs with goodies for them too!
We do however, have a selection of ‘pet-free’ cottages too, so if you have an allergy to pets you can book one of these cottages with confidence as they have never allowed dogs to stay there.
We also welcome Assistance Dogs.
We offer free wi-fi broadband access in all of our properties apart from the log cabins – Arthur’s Cabin, Gingerbread Cabin, Cygnet Cabin and Kate’s Cabin – where there is a small charge of £5 payable to the site management office.
If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, we offer free access to our secure EV charging stations here at our office in Warkworth.
Whether your holiday cottage is in Warkworth or further afield, you can leave your car securely with us whilst it charges and enjoy lunch in one of Warkworth’s great pubs or restaurants, or take a walk on Warkworth’s beautiful vast and sandy beach.

If you’ve stayed with us before, you’re automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Scheme whereby we offer 10% discount on the rental cost of all further holidays booked with us.
Once you have completed your first holiday with us, you’ll receive a loyalty discount code, which you can use when booking your next holiday online and offers a discount of 10% off the rental cost of your holiday. We cannot combine discounts however, so if you see a cottage with a ‘special offer’ discounted price, then we are only able to offer the greater of the discounts, not combine them both.
If you cannot remember your discount code, just remind us when booking of when you last stayed with us and will match your existing booking to your new one to validate your discount.
Sleeps up to 5. Bay View is a fabulous coastal cottage with stunning views out to the ocean, the Amble pier, lighthouse and Coquet Island. Located in the vibrant seaside town of Amble, this luxury holiday home is just minutes’ on foot to Amble’s charming harbour, sea-front restaurants, Spurelli’s ice cream parlous and much more. 2 dogs welcome and free wifi. Holiday start days Friday or Monday.
Sleeps up to 8. Newminster Abbey House is a grand country house with tons of original features and is located in a quiet and secluded area of the vibrant market town of Morpeth. An incredibly spacious and grand period house, it sleeps up to 8 guests and welcomes up to 2 dogs. Free wi-fi, large enclosed garden. Holiday start days Friday or Monday.
Sleeps 2. This absolutely gorgeous cottage is in the perfect location for exploring Hadrian’s Wall country in the west of Northumberland, it’s perfect walking and cycling county – incredibly picturesque – with many great routes. This sumptuous barn is perfect for couples, it’s beautifully furnished and incredibly comfortable. Free wi-fi, 1 small/medium dog welcome (2 ‘toy sized’ dogs by arrangement). Holiday start days Friday or Monday.
Sleeps 2. Curlew Cottage is a cosy bolthole within walking distance, 1 mile, of the picturesque village of Bamburgh, which has a great range of Northumbrian pubs, super little restaurants, interesting independent shops, the renowned Grace Darling Museum, Bamburgh Castle and Bamburgh beach. What more could you desire in a holiday cottage? Free wi-fi available. Holiday start days Mon or Fri.

Sleeps 6. Situated in the lovely coastal village of Alnmouth, near Alnwick, this gorgeous newly-built luxury house is within easy walking distance of a huge sandy beach. Perfect for families or for a spacious cottage for a couple, with a wood burning stove for extra ambience!
Up to 3 well behaved dogs welcome. Pretty, enclosed patio garden. Beach within a short walk.
Sleeps 4. The Old Tack Room is a unique country retreat with a very interesting heritage, as it was built by the famous industrialist Lord Armstrong, who also built Cragside House, as part of his vision of the model farm. Situated in the most beautiful Northumbrian Countryside near Rothbury, with 2 bedrooms it’s perfect for couples or a small family and 2 well behaved dogs are warmly welcomed.
Perfect for 2 couples or a small family but also romantic enough for just a couple with its cosy ambience and wood burning stove. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome. Holiday start days Friday’s and Monday’s.

We have several gorgeous and quirky luxury log cabins sleeping 4-6 overlooking the beautiful lake at Felmoor Park near Alnwick, as well as a much larger luxury cottage near Seahouses sleeping up to 8 in 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Children and well-behaved pets are very welcome at all our properties with hot tubs. Wi-fi also available.
