We have a collection of exceptional luxury self-catering holiday cottages, all privately owned and located in and around the Coquet Valley and coastline of Northumberland. Most are situated in the heart of beautiful Warkworth Village - arguably the most picturesque village in all of Northumberland and others are located in the historic market town of Alnwick - home to the Duke and Duchess of Northumberland and the beautiful Coquet Valley.

All our cottages are centrally placed, making any one of them a perfect base for discovering all of the beaches, islands, castles, historic houses, gardens, cities, towns and villages in the Secret Kingdom of Northumbria.

Warkworth is an all-year-round destination and enjoys a unique position; close to the beach, yet encircled by the River Coquet, giving it both a coast and a country atmosphere. Majestic Warkworth Castle holds a commanding position overlooking the village and can be seen from many of our luxury cottages. It's also just a short walk to one of the finest, award-winning beaches in the UK.

Alnwick is a wonderful, bustling market town with many interesting attractions, including Alnwick Castle - home to the Duke and Duchess of Northumberland and the setting for Harry Potter's Hogwart's School of Wizardry, the world famous Alnwick Garden and Treehouse and Barter Books, one of the largest secondhand book stores in the land.

The Coquet Valley, in the heart of the Northumbrian countryside, is incredibly picturesque and the perfect destination for sightseeing, walking, fishing and birdwatching. The historic market town of Rothbury provides much interest, including the fabulous Cragside House and Estate and Hadrian's wall is close by too.
