Several are situated in the heart of medieval Warkworth Village - arguably the most picturesque village in all of Northumberland - others are located in the equally sought-after locations of Rothbury, Alnwick, Alnmouth, Lesbury, Amble, Beadnell, Cresswell and around the Northumberland National Park.
All of our cottages are centrally placed, making any one of them the perfect base for discovering all of the beaches, islands, castles, historic houses, gardens, cities, towns and villages in beautiful Northumberland.

What could be better than a covering of snow during your holiday to make our beautiful landscape into a Winter Wonderland! That's great once you've arrived, but if you book with us and we have heavy snowfall that prevents you from travelling, we have amended our standard booking conditions to allow for this, so if this happens, rather than cancel altogether and risk losing what you've paid, you can transfer your holiday to a later date at the same cottage. Please note that if the rate is higher for the dates you choose to transfer to, then you will need to pay the difference, but if it's lower, we cannot provide a refund.

A very welcome addition to our collection is this beautiful and comfortable 2 bedroom cottage situated in beautiful Warkworth village which has the benefit of being all on one level and wheelchair-friendly. However, whether that's important to you or not, you'll be amazed at how cosy the cottage is and the beautiful, professionally styled garden will amaze you. It also has a fabulously quirky 'Kota' - a cosy little wooden house in the garden with a full size barbecue - perfect for enjoying all year round - in fact it's probably more fun in the depth of winter! Also just joined us is this gorgeous, boutique style barn conversion situated in the heart of the pretty medieval village of Warkworth. Looking for a LARGE and luxurious holiday home? We're delighted to welcome the fabulous 'Sea Dreams' to our collection. We can now offer our trademark luxury to groups and families of up to 12 in spacious and very comfortable accommodation near the beach at Cresswell. Perfect for friends to take a break away together, large families or 2 or more families to holiday together. With a fabulous open plan entertaining kitchen/dining room with several French windows flowing out to the garden, why not bring in a chef and REALLY relax!
