Whether you’re looking for a luxury base for a walking holiday, or you want to be within walking distance of a great pub, restaurant or fabulous beach, or you just want to get away from it all in a secluded luxury bolt-hole – ‘cosy’ or ‘contemporary’, ‘bijou’ or ‘grand’ – we have the perfect cottage for you.
Rarely will you find luxury holiday cottages presented to the incredibly high standards we have set ourselves and which others try to emulate. Or just a great walk on a fabulous beach and come back to relax in a gorgeous cottage with books, large flat screen TV’s, PlayStations and free Wi-Fi broadband internet access.
Unusually for luxury cottages which are immaculately presented, we’re also very happy for you to bring your dog to most of them. Some even accept 2 or 3.
We appreciate you won’t want to leave them behind – after all, why shouldn’t they have a great holiday and a taste of luxury too? We even provide little welcome packs for them too!
We do however, have a selection of ‘pet-free’ cottages too, so if you have an allergy to pets you can book one of these cottages with confidence as they have never allowed dogs to stay there. We also welcome Assistance Dogs to all of our cottages.
We offer free wi-fi broadband access in all of our properties apart from the log cabins – Arthur’s Cabin, Gingerbread Cabin and Kate’s Cabin – where there is a small charge of £5 payable to the site management office.
If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, we offer free access to our secure EV charging stations here at our office in Warkworth.
Whether your holiday cottage is in Warkworth or further afield, you can leave your car securely with us whilst it charges and enjoy lunch in one of Warkworth’s great pubs or restaurants, or take a walk on Warkworth’s beautiful vast and sandy beach.

Once you have completed your first holiday with us, you will receive a loyalty discount code, which you can use when booking your next holiday online and offers a discount of 10% off the rental cost of your holiday. We cannot combine discounts however, so if you see a cottage with a ‘special offer’ discounted price, then we are only able to offer the greatest of the discounts, not combine them both. If you cannot remember your discount code, just remind us when booking of when you last stayed with us and will match your existing booking to your new one to validate your discount.
Sleeps 2. This beautifully refurbished Grade 1 Listed historic tower has been sympathetically restored to create a 3 storey, luxury property in the heart of historic Alnwick town, with an amazing view of Alnwick Castle and town. It’s surprising spacious and luxuriously well equipped with a super-king size bed, Smart TV and free wi-fi.
Not suitable for pets, children or those with limited mobility due to steep and narrow access stairs.
Holiday start days Mon or Fri.
Sleeps 4. This cosy yet luxurious authentic Scandinavian log cabin is situated on the picturesque lakeside in leafy Felmoor Park. To complete the experience, a hot tub is available for hire for a small additional charge from the owners of the park.
Wi-fi is available in the small cafe/bar of the park reception and for a small charge in the cabin.
One well-behaved dog is welcome for a charge of £20 per stay, kept on a lead whilst around the park to avoid disturbing the wildlife. Holiday start days Mon or Fri.
Sleeps 6. Beehive Barn is a beautifully converted honey stone barn, perfectly situated in the pretty hamlet of Beal, just minutes from the causeway across to historic Holy Island and Lindisfarne and in easy reach of Bamburgh and Berwick.The views from the cottage are outstanding of the Northumbrian Heritage Coastline are fantastic.
With the benefit of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this gorgeous cottage is perfectly suited to couples or a family.

Sleeps 10. Shepherd’s Cottage is a large, luxury holiday home located in the beautiful countryside at Lucker near Bamburgh. With amazing views of the coastline from floor to ceiling picture windows and a huge enclosed garden with play area, this beautifully furnished country house sleeps up to 10 in 5 bedrooms (pets welcome) and is the perfect holiday retreat for couples or families at any time of the year.
Up to 2 very well behaved dogs welcome. Very large enclosed garden with play area for children. Free wi-fi. Holiday start days Saturday or Tuesday.
Sleeps 2. We’re delighted to welcome to our collection this romantic and delightfully quirky country cottage. Newly renovated it’s beautifully and very comfortably furnished and sleeps up to 2 people.
With a woodburning stove for cosy nights in and one of the best ‘foodie’ pubs in Northumberland a few yards away, this cottage is perfect for short breaks or longer at any time of the year. Well located in central Northumberland for exploring both coast and countryside.

Sleeps 5. Brimming with character and full of original features. All of Alnwick’s attractions such as the famous Alnwick Garden and Treehouse, cafe’s, restuarants, shops, pubs and Theatre of Alnwick are literally on your doorstep.
With the rare addition of a large wood burning stove and private patio garden with BBQ and fire pit, Nelson Place provides the perfect, cosy base for couples and families at all times of the year. Holiday start days Saturday or Tuesday.
As well as gorgeous cottages and stunning country houses, we also have fabulous log cabins with private hot tubs overlooking a beautiful lake in beautiful Felmoor Park midway between Alnwick and Morpeth.
Cosy and luxurious and sleeping either 4 or up to 6, they provide the perfect retreat and are ideal for couples and families alike.
