- Browse our holiday cottages to find the one that suits your needs and appeals the most.
- On the page of your chosen cottage, click on 'Check Availability' at the top right of the page to check your chosen dates are available or to identify alternative dates. Alternatively, you can click on the 'Check Availability' option on our Home page. This shows vacancies across all of our properties, so you can identify which ones are available on your chosen dates.
- On the date grid, (or on the larger availability grid, click on the relevant box) click on the available start day of your holiday (Friday or Monday) to find out the price.
- Call or email me to reserve your chosen holiday. You can then either print out a booking form using the links below and send it to me with your payment or I can mail or email one to you to complete and return with your deposit payment. Your holiday is secure once we receive your booking form and deposit. We will soon be able to offer immediate on-line booking, but in the meantime you will have to call or email me to book.
- I will send confirmation of your holiday booking once we receive your deposit and booking form and then send you a reminder 8 weeks before your holiday start date of when the remaining balance is due.
- Once your holiday is paid in full, you will be sent directions to locate your cottage and key collection instructions.

Frequently asked questions:
How much deposit is required?
We require a deposit of 50% of the total holiday cost, to secure your holiday dates. The remainder becomes due for payment 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday.
What if my holiday is due to start in around 8 weeks time?
If your holiday is due to start within 10 weeks of the date of booking, the full amount is payable.
How do I pay?
You can pay by cheque through the post or by credit or debit card. Credit and debit card payments can be made over the telephone or recorded on the booking form and posted. We can also accept payment via internet banking, please contact us to arrange.
Are there any charges for paying by credit card?
We charge 2% of the total payment amount for credit card payments, but there is no charge for paying by debit card.
Can you offer any insurance?
We offer guests participation in our "Rent Waiver Scheme", whereby for 5% of the total holiday cost, we can provide you with insurance against the cancellation of your holiday due to the death or serious illness of one of your party or one of your immediate family, or selection for jury service. We cannot cover pre-existing conditions. Please advise if this is required at the time of booking. You are strongly advised to have some form of insurance in place in the event of you being unable to take your holiday, as we cannot offer refunds unless the holiday period booked is re-let, in which case you will receive an amount equal to the re-let rate less £100.00 (for each week) to cover our costs.
Will I receive directions to find the cottage?
With your receipt for payment in full, you will receive directions to the cottage. There is also a link on each cottage web page to Multimap, where you can enter your postcode and it will give you detailed directions from your home to the cottage.
Where do I pick up the keys?
You will receive instructions with your receipt for payment. We use keysafes at each of our cottages which require an access code, which you will be provided with, so you can arrive anytime after 4pm.
All you have to do then is enjoy your holiday!
