MUCH more than just 'self-catering' ......
You may have stayed in self-catering accommodation before, but rarely will you find holiday accommodation designed and equipped to the standards we have set ourselves. Interiors beautifully designed, equipped with every facility we think you may need to make your holiday very special, with lots of extra touches to make your holiday with Coquet Cottages one you will talk about and remember for a long time. And, rare for 5 Star accommodation - we happily accept very well behaved pets!
Our prices are 'fully inclusive', which means virtually everything is included and where it's not, we make that very clear. There are no hidden extras, such as booking fees, compulsory cancellation insurance, etc. All beds are beautifully made up, we provide designer toiletries and plenty of soft white towels. Fresh flowers and a tea tray will welcome you and bottles of quality chilled wine and local beer will be in the fridge to get you straight into the holiday mood! You can arrange for your holiday groceries to be delivered just after you arrive and also choose some special wine from a local specialist winemerchant to be delivered to you. We can even arrange to have a gourmet meal waiting for you in your cottage and a case of specially selected wines for you to enjoy throughout your holiday.
There are lots of of tourist brochures, maps, walking guides, local publications and recommendations in guest books from previous guests to help you plan your
days out exploring fascinating Northumbria, but if you want to just stay in and chill, we have large-screen TV's, Freeview, wi-fi broadband access, DVD's, hi-fi's, lots of music, films, books, games, toys and even Playstation 2's with lots of games for the kids (young and old!). Our properties are all child and family friendly and we offer a whole host of extras to help make your holiday run smoothly, so Mum and Dad as well as the kids can all relax and have fun! These include the obvious cots, highchairs, stairgates and sterilisers, but we can also offer pushchair hire, babysitting, dressing up boxes and a top quality catering service.
