Located in the centre of the Conservation village of Warkworth, at the foot of magnificent Warkworth Castle, this beautiful cottage is just yards from the pretty riverside and less than a mile easy walk or drive to one of the best and largest sandy beaches in Northumberland; Warkworth Beach. The National Cycle route passes close by the house and there is secure storage available for bikes.
This versatile 3 storey cottage provides 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with 3 bathrooms - ideal for a group of friends or a family.
Lounge
A bright and spacious lounge with a large bay window overlooking a small garden. A colour TV with digital Freeview channels and DVD player, Hi-fi and a library of books, DVD's and CD's are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and there is a PlayStation games console and games available upon request.
Hall/Cloakroom/WC
The hallway runs the length of the cottage from the front door to the back door and has Amtico wood-effect flooring throughout the hall and lounge. Just off the hallway is a cloakroom with a toilet and wash hand basin.
Kitchen
Comprehensively equipped with everything you require for self-catering, including a fridge, electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster and coffee-maker. A freezer and tumble dryer are housed in the garage. There is also an ironing board and iron.

A spacious room with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers and an en suite shower room with WC, hand basin and walk-in double cubicle with power shower.
