A Spacious and Luxurious House - Perfect for Groups and Families
Recently added to our collection is this fabulous luxury holiday home on the outskirts of the charming seaside village of Cresswell. Cresswell is situated at the southerly point of the wide sweep of beautiful Druridge Bay, part of the Northumberland Heritage Coastline.
Sleeping up to 12 (plus cots) very comfortably, this is the perfect house for larger family gatherings, two or more families to holiday together or a simply a luxurious retreat for 2 or more people. Furnished and equipped to a high standard with great attention to detail, this beautiful house will make the perfect base for a holiday exploring Northumberland.

Ground floor
Hallway
Double doors lead into a spacious hallway with Italian tile flooring throughout and access to all ground floor rooms. A grand staircase leads to the first floor.
Drawing Room
A spacious and light drawing room with luxury sofas and a large flatscreen digital TV with DVD player. Large windows on 3 elevations provide masses of natural light. Free Wi-Fi broadband internet access throughout the house.
Kitchen
Large and well equipped luxury kitchen with granite work tops and stainless steel appliances. All the usual appliances; large American style fridge freezer, range style electric oven with gas hob, dishwasher, integrated microwave, toaster and kettle. Spacious and open plan to the large dining area, with a large oak dining suite seating up to 12. Large digital flat screen. French windows lead out to a large, south-facing lawned garden. This large space is perfect for families and socialising with friends and family.
Dining Area
Part of the very large, open plan kitchen/dining room, this spacious area has an extra large dining table which comfortably seats up to 12 (not all chairs are shown in the image below). With French windows on two elevations, this room is bright in the cooler months and comes into it's own in the warmer months, as it opens out onto a large garden with a decked patio area, furnished with table and chairs.
Laundry/Boot Room
A very useful room easily accessible from the kitchen, with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
Second Lounge/Den
Situated off the main hallway at the front of the house is this second lounge, with a sofa, large flat screen TV, PlayStation 2 games console with a wide selection of games, films and board games.
Bedroom 1 - Ground Floor, Kingsize with En-suite
A lovely, spacious room at the front of the house with a kingsize sleigh bed and beautiful fitted wardrobes. A luxury mattress and premium quality bedlinen provide comfort as well as style. En-suite bathroom with luxury steam shower cabinet, wash hand basin and wc. This shower room is shared 'Jack and Jill' style with Bedroom 2.
Bedroom 2 - Ground Floor Superking/Twin with En-suite
A similarly spacious room. Superking size bed (6' wide) with a luxury pocket sprung mattress with memory foam top layer. This bed is convertible to 2 single beds if required, upon request. Walk in dressing room and shower room with luxury steam shower cabinet, wash hand basin and WC, which is shared 'Jack and Jill' style with Bedroom 1.
Ground Floor Luxury Family Bathroom
A luxurious and spacious bathroom in Travertine marble with a double-size bath,extra large shower cabinet and his and hers wash basins.
Ground Floor WC/Cloakroom
Situated off the laundry room is a useful cloakroom with a toilet and wash hand basin.
First floor
Bedroom 3 - Kingsize with En-suite
A magnificent and spacious master bedroom. Kingsize bed with a luxury pocket sprung mattress with memory foam top layer. The luxury bed and bed linen provide comfort as well as style. Walk in dressing room. En suite bathroom in Travertine marble with whirlpool bath and separate shower cabinet, wc and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 4 - Superking with En-suite
Another spacious bedroom with a superking size bed (6' wide). Luxury pocket sprung mattress with memory foam top layer. Top quality bed linen and Eqyptian Cotton towels. Walk in dressing room, en suite luxury bathroom in Travertine marble with whirlpool bath, shower attachment, wash hand basin and wc.
Bedroom 5 - Twin Beds
A lovely bedroom with twin full size single beds (unable to be made into a double bed). Wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 6 - Superking/Twin
Good size bedroom with a superking bed (6' wide), however this bed is convertible to 2 single beds upon request. Wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Outside
To the front of the house is a gravelled driveway suitable for up to 4 cars and a double garage (additional cars may be parked on the roadside approx. 100yds from the house). The garage is currently not available for guests' use. To the sides and rear of the house is a lawned garden bordered by 6' fencing and attractive hedging, which provides a good degree of privacy. The garden is currently lawned with a decked patio area. Further planting of decorative shrubs and outdoor seating will be provided from Spring 2012 onwards.

Where exactly is Sea Dreams?
Sea Dreams is situated on the outer edge of the pretty village of Ellington, close to Cresswell on the Northumberland coast. Ellington has a pub and a village store and nearby Widdrington has a pub as well as an award-winning farm shop 'The Country Barn' that is highly recommended. Cresswell has a lovely sandy beach and the nearby vast and golden sands of Druridge Bay, with its dramatic dunes are in easy walking distance.
