A Stylish and Versatile Holiday RetreatTall Trees is located just yards from the pretty banks of the River Coquet and Magnificent Warkworth Castle. You can easily walk or drive to the beach as it's just under a mile away. All the amenities of the village including cosy pubs, restaurants, shops and art galleries and the well-equipped village store are just a minute's stroll away. Tall Trees is a versatile home, equally suitable for couples or families. Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome for a small charge. Cot and highchair available upon request.
Ground FloorSpacious well-equipped kitchen open to dining area, which in turns is open to a lounge area with large flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and Hi-Fi. Double french windows open out onto a private, south-facing, gravelled garden with pretty planting, table and chairs. The garden has 6' fencing all around with a latched gate. |
First FloorMain LoungeThis is a bright and very comfortable room and has an electric coal-effect fire in a stylish black marble surround. Flat screen digital TV with DVD player and Freeview. Free Wi-fi broadband internet access is available throughout the house. |

Bedroom 4A single bedroom with south facing velux window for an additional folding single bed, suitable for a child of 12 or under. There is an additional charge of £50 for the provision of this extra bed and linen. Please note that, although this extra bed permits an additional child to stay above the 6 other beds provided, the dining table only seats 6 and neither lounge has sufficient seating for 7 people to sit together. |
