Accessibility
We are committed to making our website very easy to use and accessible to everyone. To achieve this, we comply with industry best practice and are working towards conforming to the Worldwide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web Content Accessibility guidelines 1.0 to level 'AA' standard. This is an ongoing process, as our site is large and evolving constantly in our quest to constantly improve, but in everything we design - be it webpages or written information - we try to ensure the layout is as clear as possible and written in clear and simple language.
If you have any problems accessing the content on our website, please email info@coquetcottages.co.uk and we will endeavour to address the problem and if we can't do that immediately, will provide the information you require in an alternative format.
You may find the 'My Web My Way' section at www.bbc.co.uk/accessibility useful if you need some help in changing your browser, mouse or keyboard settings.

PDF Accessibility
Our website contains several PDF documents. PDF software such as Adobe has a number of features which improve the accessability of PDF files. However, if you have trouble reading them, a free online tool for converting PDF documents to HTML or text is available from Adobe.
To use the tool, you will need to know the URL (page address) of the document you want to convert, which can be found in the browser address bar at the top of your screen.
