We send a guest survey to all our guests after they have returned home, to seek feedback on their holiday experience. Feedback in relation to specific cottages can be seen on our 'Guests Comments' page, but we thought it would be useful to provide some general feedback on how our guests view us in terms of the service we provide.

The whole process and experience of booking is totally professional, there is a warm personal feeling about Coquet Cottages that I don't feel you get with other holiday cottages businesses.

Affordable luxury! So pleased we had a 'boutique style' cottage holiday.... comforts were not reduced in any shape or form just because we wanted a holiday with our dog.

We have stayed in lots of cottages over the years and scour the web looking for first class accommodation that allows dogs, very few we have found. Then we happened upon Coquet! Wow, absolutely fabulous! From the moment you walk in the door you know you are in the lap of luxury; comfortable, homely and luxurious. We would recommend Coquet Cottages to anyone. We only got home today but are already looking on the website again to plan our next stay.

We love the 'home from home' feel and quality of the cottages and furnishings and the friendly nature of Julie and the team at Coquet Cottages, and the owners too. Most of all, there is no compromise on the 5 Star quality feel that is also dog friendly. Little touches, like treats for the dogs, dog beds, etc. make you really feel like your dog deserves a holiday too. Northumberland is very dog and visitor friendly.
We just loved everything - from the ease and professional booking service through to the quality and location of the cottage. Warkworth is a fantastic village.

I was a bit disappointed when I booked not to have been able to book one of your other cottages, but I needn't have worried as it was lovely and I can't wait for the chance to book again. Your website is great and brilliantly informative. The office has been a delight to talk to and Julie calling us midweek was a nice touch. If only all cottage companies met your standards. We liked that everything that was shown on the website for the cottage was found at the cottage, often things are exaggerated but this was definitely not the case here.
