The spacious lounge is bright and welcoming, with an array of comfortable seating, books on shelves, art works, cushions and lamps. A ‘sun room’ seating area to one side provides lovely views of the garden through French doors, and this leads through to the conservatory, another gorgeous space in which to sit back and unwind. Connecting the sun room and conservatory is a cosy and comfortable reading room with a lovely view of the gardens and Warkworth Castle.
Head through to the large, light-filled kitchen/diner, where the cook will be delighted to find a double oven and American-style fridge/freezer, the latter complete with ice dispenser. The French-oak dining table easily seats eight, and for additional entertainment there’s a Smart TV in this room, too. From here, you can access the boot room with its washing machine, additional sink and hanging space for coats. This generously sized space is also a great area for furry friends to sleep. A WC off the boot room completes the ground floor. The four bedrooms – are all on the first floor, boasting gorgeous views and with high-quality, pocket-sprung mattresses to help with restorative rest.
