This boutique bolthole, set all on the ground floor, is warm and cosy with stylish and luxurious touches throughout. Enter through the quiet, shared courtyard, which is also used as access to neighbouring properties, and go up one step to your front door. From the spacious hallway turn into the welcoming, open-plan living space, with bookshelves, artwork and a softly toned colour scheme. Comfortable seating is gathered around a coal-effect electric fire, adding a lovely warming glow in cooler months, and there’s a Smart TV for streaming your favourite movies. A small dining table is set up by the window, ready for romantic meals, and the kitchen area contains everything that you’ll need for quick and easy food preparation. Stroll back through the hallway to find a beautiful shower room, tiled with Italian porcelain tiles, and then the king-size bedroom. This elegant and tranquil space has been designed for relaxing, with soft lighting, ample storage and a TV for those lazy holiday mornings.
The shared courtyard outside, mostly gravel with stone paths, is enclosed by an iron gate and only used as access by neighbours. On warm days you can sit out on the bench by your front door and enjoy a quiet moment with a cup of coffee. Parking is on the roadside, either on the main street or the riverside, but you may load and unload at the gates to the courtyard.
