Farne view is a lovely property. It delivers on an everything it promises. It is perfectly placed for a quiet location yet near to anything Northumberland has to offer.

Lovely upside-down house making the best of the views toward the coast and Bamburgh Castle. Has everything you could need, and more. The garden is a great size and dog-proof - a priority for us. The helpful hosts were available via WhatApp when needed. Before arrival I was concerned about the proximity of the caravan park (with potential noise, ligRead morehts etc) but even though our stay was during the school holidays we had absolutely no need to worry as you wouldn't know the park was there if you didn't occasionally walk or drive past it! Such a wonderful place to stay - the views are amazing - the Cheviots, the Farne Islands and Bamburgh castle. I have been coming here for several years now and it never disappoints! So comfortable and welcoming. The lovely personal touch of the owner calling to check that all is ok on the first evening so special.

could do with updating decor etc,larger tv .skyfall next door as example.however prefer this cottage, dog friendly and larger garden.still would book again

We have been really looking forward to revisiting Farne View since I booked it in Nov 24 (our second visit). We love the location, with Bamburgh a mile or so away. So peaceful and quiet, ideal for walking the dog and wow the views are amazing. Farne View has everything you need, they have thought of everything. It has a very homely cosy feel. The bRead morealcony is such a bonus and we were so lucky with the weather that we were able to make the most of it, and the views of the Cheviots and Bamburgh Castle and the coastline. Out dog loves lazing on the balcony in the sunshine. We love Northumberland and would highly recommend Farne View - if you want to get away from all the hustle and bustle of life and fully relax Farne View is the place to stay. Hide
