A striking, modern home with an abundance of glass, this stylish retreat is the perfect place from which to enjoy vibrant Amble with your loved ones. Situated 0.5 miles from the bustling marina, the three-bedroom retreat sleeps six guests and welcomes dogs. Stroll down to the harbour to browse the array of pod outlets with their superb selection of gifts and crafts, and locally produced food and drink. From the harbour here, you can also take boat trips out to Coquet Island, with its thousands of puffins and grey seals. Spend time on sandy Amble Links Beach, where you can paddle, surf and enjoy the sweeping views. Lace up your walking boots and head 1.5 miles into charming Warkworth, with its beautiful beach and castle. Make a trip into Alnwick, 9 miles away, to visit the castle there, explore the gorgeous gardens and dine out in a variety of eateries.

Let yourselves in to discover immaculate, reverse-level accommodation. Leave your boots, shoes and coats in the hall, where there is access to a downstairs WC, then amble on inside to find all your gorgeous bedrooms at ground-floor level. These include two king-sizes, both with en-suite shower rooms, and a twin. One of the king-sizes has French doors to the garden so you can wander straight out into the sunshine on fine mornings. Climb the stairs to the first floor to discover your excellent living space. The light-filled, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is very much the hub of the holiday home. Slide open the glass doors in here to spill out onto the balcony or stay inside and cosy up with a film on the Smart TV. Prepare delicious meals over in the chic kitchen space, where you will find all the equipment and appliances you need, then gather round the table in here or through in the separate dining room. Pull open the doors to the west-facing balcony in here and dine together against the backdrop of the setting sun. Also at this level are the family bathroom and handy utility room.

Make the most of the enclosed rear garden as often as the weather permits. Dine outside on the patio and play fetch with your four-legged friend on the grass. There is also a smaller garden to the front. There is private parking here for three cars.

Beautiful house. We had a great stay, Ideal for 2 couples with 2 ensuite kingsize bedrooms. Everything we needed was there and more! We had some amazing walks on endless beaches and ate in good restaurants.

The four of us (3 human, one puggle who thinks he's human) had a fabulous week in this immaculate, well equipped and comfortable home. A superb location, quiet but walkable into Amble, easy access to many local destinations, near a bus stop if you want a car free day (buses are excellent). We couldn't have been more comfortable. Sea Breeze was lovely, clean and had everything you needed. The location was ideal for walking into Amble and Warkworth. One of the best holiday homes we have visited and would definitely recommend.

Stayed as a family with adult children. Lovely house with everything you could need (except maybe somewhere outside to hang clothes if I'm being really nit-picking) Made use of the board games and enjoyed sitting out on the balconies. Easy walk into Amble or up the braid to Warkworth. Missed seeing the dolphins but plenty of birds to spot

Great facilities. Perfect location. Modern light and airy house, with great outdoor area too. Really comfortable beds and lovely powerful showers.
