An absolutely charming cottage, in a quiet rural area, The Millstone was perfect in every way, decorated & equipped to a really high standard, and so central for touring around Northumberland. We will definitely be staying again. I highly recommend.

A perfect second visit to The Mill Stone and will be returning in September. Everything is thought of to make your stay comfortable and relaxing especially as we have a disabled son with mobility problems as always look to make sure places are suitable for us. The owners couldnt have been more helpful and the welcoming basket and flowers etc were sRead moreo thoughtful. An ideal location in a peaceful part of Warkworth but central to all the local amenities. A really special addition to the Coquet Cottages portfolio especially as single storey cottages are more difficult to find. Hide

The cottage was so clean and well presented. The owner has thought of everything. Attention to detail was first class and I would highly recommend staying there. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch together with the fresh flowers and lovely patio pots of flowers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at the Mill Stone. The cottage is well equipped, very clean and cosy and Warkworth is just a short walk away. The owners were very communicative and made every effort to ensure a pleasant stay. We really appreciated how quiet the area was and had a restful break. Thank you!

We returned for our second stay here and it didn't disappoint. The cottage was decorated for Christmas in a lovely way and that set the scene for the cozy stay this week. The cottage is always spotlessly clean and the hosts are really friendly and helpful if required. We love the fact that you can walk to Warkworth and Amble without having to use tRead morehe car. The location of the cottage for us is perfect. Would definitely recommend. Hide
