- Warkworth Castle - perched on a hilltop dominating the village, Warkworth Castle is a fab place to visit for the whole family. The castle was once home to the powerful Percy family, and you can learn about the history of this impressive fortress, explore the castle walls and take part in some fabulous seasonal events.
- Northumberland Zoo - home to over 80 species from fluffy snow leopards to harvest mice and farm animals, Northumberland Zoo is a fantastic day out for the whole family. Learn about the animals with daily keeper talks and displays, explore the classic tractor museum and take a walk through the Lemur Woods - there’s lots to see and do. Afterwards, the little ones can burn off some energy on the outdoor playground and indoor soft play, or stop off at the Bear Falls Café for a bite to eat.
