On-line Payments
In the case of on-line payments, your credit or debit card details are processed by Sagepay on our behalf, who act as an intermediary between your bank and ours. Your payment details are not made known to us at any time.
Telephone Payments
In the case of telephone payments, these are either authorised immediately while you are on the telephone, or immediately after. Your credit or debit card details are not retained by us, they are shredded as soon as the payment is verified by SagePay.

Links to external websites are provided as a service to our users, for example where they contain information that may be of interest to our guests planning a self catering cottage holiday. However, we are not responsible for the content, views, or accuracy of information on any external websites.
